Dave Tierney
Pastor
Pastor Dave Tierney was born in Washington, DC and grew up in the areas of Suitland and Waldorf, Maryland. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Education from the Washington Bible College in Lanham, Maryland, a Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas and additional studies at Bethel Theological Seminary in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He has served churches in Maryland, Texas, and Minnesota and has been in full time pastoral ministry since 1985. He and Lisa, his wife, have four children. Pastor Dave enjoys racquetball, reading, sailing, and spending time with Lisa.
Lisa Tierney
Music and Worship
Lisa Tierney was born in Lexington, Kentucky and grew up in Rochester, New York. She attended the Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Classroom Vocal Music. In college her primary instrument was voice and her secondary instrument was piano. She has had further studies at the University of Minnesota, Loyola University and the Peabody Institute, the latter two in Baltimore, Maryland. She has taught music in New York, Texas, Minnesota, and Maryland. Lisa enjoys sitting in a quiet house playing the piano, hanging out with her sister, going for long walks, and, of course, time with Dave.
Conrado Ibay
Missions Associate
Reverend Conrado Ibay serves as a Missions Associate and is the point person for our Nursing Home, Prison, and Immigration Ministries. Conrado was born and grew up in Manila, Philippines. He received his Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the Divine Word College in Legaspi City, Albay and a Master of Arts in Pastoral Care from Greenhills Institute of Foundational of Theology in Ortigas City. In 1994 he married Susana Toring in Manila. They have two daughters: Elisha Grace and Esther Joy. He and his family moved to the United States in 2008. He has been on staff at WMBC since 2013.

Church Custodian
Debbie is a native to the Baltimore area. She has worked for Crown Cork & Seal and the Maryland School for the Blind before coming to WMBC. She demonstrates a servant’s heart as she serves Christ and His church. She has three children and eleven grand-children.
